We place the deck of cards on our energy center of the Heart and ask for guidance on whatever we want to Heal, Emotions or Situations

We shuffle the deck and split in two choosing 5 to 15 cards

In the order they turned up we read the title and the text corresponding to each card, this is the meditation for the therapy we asked for in its final form as a natural act.
